Our training is practical, highly interactive and balanced between factual information, debate and experiential learning. The courses are tailored to individual needs and learning styles, focussing on ways to remove or adjust the barriers to employing, retaining and serving people. We help delegates understand their own personal liability and the strong business case for valuing diversity. Delegates explore their use of language, images and stereotyping which can cause hidden discrimination and prejudice that can translate into direct discrimination. The learning outcomes are then applied to work scenarios, developing an action plan, and building confidence for implementing change.
