About Us

Mary-Ann Nossent has worked in the equality field for the last 14 years, both in employment and in the voluntary sector. She is an expert in Equality Training and Access Audits and a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

Based in the South East, she works across the country on equality projects, covering the six strands of policy identified by the Equality and Human Rights Commission EHRC - Age, Disability, Gender, Race, Religion or Belief and Sexual Orientation.

Mary-Ann has a seat on the South East Equality Network (SEEN), a South East region wide Equality body seeking to raise standards within the voluntary sector. The group works to influence policy and be a collective 'voice' for equality, diversity and human rights in the South East Region.

She has worked with Directors and senior staff on equality policies, and employees who deal with members of the public and potential clients in all methods of communication.

Mary-Ann has undertaken well over 150 access audits in different types of businesses that include offices, shops, hotels, sheltered housing schemes, places of worship, warehouses, training and conference suites.
