We help delegates understand their own personal liability and the strong business case for valuing diversity. Delegates explore their use of language, images and stereotyping which can cause hidden discrimination and prejudice that can translate into direct discrimination. The learning outcomes are then applied to work scenarios, developing an action plan, and building confidence for implementing change.
