Equality and Diversity Training
Duration: One day Our approach is to create an informal environment to provide a relaxed and non-judgemental atmosphere to encourage staff to explore and challange their own views, assumptions and perceptions. Through experientail learning delegates are encouraged to understand the importance of embracing equality and diversity themselves, rather than being told what to do. We find this approach creates better outcomes and individual 'buy in'.
