This workshop will help you understand the key areas of change in the Equality Act. Identifying what differences this means to employment and service delivery. What the new discrimination areas are for example, discrimination by association and how to deal with conflict between protected characteristics.
Applying the theory in to practice, how this will effect in a variety of work scenarios
